How it works

Live in about a day. Zero fundraising experience required.

Step 1

Tell us about your organization

Name, goal, story, logo, colors. Ten minutes on your phone. We review every organization by hand before anything goes live.

Step 2

Your treasurer verifies with Stripe

Identity and your organization's bank account are verified securely by Stripe. We never see or hold this information — or your money.

Step 3

Share your page

You get a professional donation page, QR code, and share links. Donations land directly in your organization's bank account.

Built for volunteers

Made for the people who run things after work.

  • Donations go to your organization's bank account — never a volunteer's personal account, never ours.
  • Treasurer-ready reports: every donation, date, and fee, exportable for your next board meeting.
  • Automatic receipts to every donor.
  • The account belongs to the organization, so nothing is lost when volunteers move on.
  • No tip prompts pressuring your donors. No products to sell. No contracts.

Common questions

Straight answers

What does RaiseClear cost?

Card processing at cost (2.9% + 30¢, charged by Stripe) plus a 2% RaiseClear platform fee. That is the entire price. Donors can optionally cover fees at checkout so your organization receives 100% of the intended gift.

Who holds the money?

Not us — ever. Donations are processed by Stripe and settle directly into your organization's own bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule. RaiseClear's fee is deducted automatically per transaction.

Are donations tax-deductible?

Only if your organization is a registered 501(c)(3). Most local teams and clubs are not, and donations to them are personal gifts, not deductible contributions. Every RaiseClear page states your organization's status clearly so donors always know.

What about refunds?

Donations are generally final. For a mistaken or duplicate donation, contact us or the organization within 30 days and we'll help make it right through Stripe.

Who can use RaiseClear?

Local sports teams and leagues, school clubs, PTAs, scout units, band boosters, and community causes. We review every organization before its page goes live, and campaigns must comply with our terms — no personal fundraising, no prohibited uses.
